Price for a Part-Time or Non-University Classes in IEP

TCU is offering discounted prices to the DFW community for its English as a Second Language Classes. If you are a TCU employee or family member, then you get half price off the discount. (The price is only available to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, undocumented residents, and internationals whose visas allow study in the USA.)

 

One class costs $50;

four classes cost $150;

and the seven-class Intensive English Program costs just $285.

 

 

The price does not include full-time membership in the University.  It does NOT provide:

  • a TCU ID card

  • the option to live in a dormitory on campus

  • Recreation Sports Center membership

  • TCU Library membership

  • a TCU email account or virtual / web space

  • use of the Health Center

  • use of the Writing Center

  • waiver of TOEFL for application to a TCU degree

  • reimbursement of the TOEFL fee for admission to a US degree program

The different classes are in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, Slang, Grammar, Pronunciation, and Conversation. Class levels are from High Beginning to Advanced. Each class meets for fifty minutes (three mornings a week) or an hour fifteen minutes (two mornings), for four weeks (starting the middle of each month).
